We are happy to report that we will be exhibiting at the SPIE Optics + Photonics Trade Show from August 12th to August 14th 2008 at the Sandiego Convention Center in San Diego, California. Our main product demonstration, Standalone Solutions with Optica will take place on Tuesday, August 12th at 3:30 PM. Please visit us at the demonstration and at table number 366.

We recently hired Andrew Wesley for our Optica Software team.

Lorenzo Kindle moved on and is now working as a Sales Executive for Time-O-Matic. We wish him well!

On Feb 28, 2006 Wolfram Research was added as an Optica Software reseller. You may now buy our products on their website.

We are listed in the Innovative Products section of the August issue of Photonics Spectra under the Lab Equipment and Materials tab and the Optical Design Software tab.

Donald Barnhart recently wrote an article that was published in the June 2005 SPIE newsletter Holography. The article discusses using our software to build holographic systems.

This models the optical behavior of a diamond solitaire gem with 58 facets as it reflects and refracts the rays of light in Rayica. The colors indicate the amount of energy present in each ray on a logarithmic scale.
