Hoerr is the Chief Executive Officer of iCyt, a rapidly growing
bioscience technology firm located in the University of Illinois
Research Park, Champaign, Illinois, with a west coast office
in San Diego, CA. iCyt provides software, engineering consulting,
design and manufacturing services to global clients in the field
of cytometry, the science of cell measurement. Tim is also the
founder and president of LifeVision, Inc., an organization development
consulting, training and professional speaking firm. He is a
board member of Gill Athletics, the world leader in track and
field manufacturing, and he is a shareholder and strategic advisor
to Collegiate Marketing, Inc., one of the premier suppliers
of bed lofts to universities in the Midwest. He is also an owner
of Gameday Spirit, the world`s largest reseller of University
of Illinois sports apparel and the official fan store of the
University of Illinois. |

| Since 1983 he has
assisted over 800 organizations to achieve high performance by
providing strategic, operational and leadership consulting. Tim
spent nearly all of the first 15 years of his professional career
with RSM McGladrey in Illinois and San Diego, leading teams of
consultants focused on serving middle market clients. In his capacity
as Consulting Partner with McGladrey, Tim provided leadership
on a regional and national level. He also served on two national
committees for the American Society of Certified Public Accountants
(Business Valuation and Emerging Services). |
Tim began his
research and development of corporate and personal high performance
in 1992. Since that time, he has actively applied the principles
of high performance to his own life while helping thousands
of others experience deeper fulfillment and authenticity in
their lives. In 1998, Tim's book Thank God It's Monday! A
Tool Kit for Aligning Your Lifevision and Your Work was
released by Everywhere Press, Nashville. The book has subsequently
been released in paperback by Aslan Publishing, New York.
Through his book, in-person workshops
and speaking engagements, Tim enjoys enthusiastically sharing
his life-changing message. He has given over 200 speaking and
workshop presentations in his professional career to such diverse
groups as Nabisco, Buck Knives, SaabCars USA, Nationalease,
The National Association of Federal Credit Unions, The National
Association of Industrial and Office Professionals and The National
Association of Development Companies. |
| Tim
holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA, 1983) and Certified
Management Accountant (CMA, 1984) designations. He received national
honors on both the CPA and CMA examinations. He formerly held
the Accredited Senior Appraiser of Business Valuation credential
(American Society of Appraisers) while actively practicing business
valuation as a partner in McGladrey Pullen, LLP, certified public
accountants and consultants. |

and Merger/Acquisition Experience |
Tim was the Director
of the Firmwide Business Valuation practice for RSM McGladrey
from the late 80's to the mid 90's. He authored the firm's comprehensive
Business Valuation Practice Aid, taught numerous courses on
valuation, assisted in the launch of multiple valuation practice
units in offices across the country, and was directly involved
with over 300 valuation and merger/acquisition engagements during
his tenure with McGladrey.

including Bone Scholar, the highest undergraduate designation awarded and the
Raymond Esworthy Award for outstanding accounting student. He was initiated into the Beta Gamma
